Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Quality Assurance

Chikankari embroidery is a handcrafted art form. Minor variations in stitch patterns, thread placement, and natural fabric characteristics are inherent to authentic hand-embroidery and are not considered defects. These variations celebrate the artisanal nature of our pieces.

No signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Receive return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
