Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since many of our pieces are handcrafted, some items may require additional time. You will be notified if there is any delay.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹3000
- COD (Cash on Delivery) available on select pin codes
International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations.
- Delivery time: 10–20 business days depending on location
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at chikanmansion@gmail.com
