    Each garment is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans preserving the centuries-old Chikankari tradition from Lucknow. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

    Return Window

    We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    Quality Assurance

    Chikankari embroidery is a handcrafted art form. Minor variations in stitch patterns, thread placement, and natural fabric characteristics are inherent to authentic hand-embroidery and are not considered defects. These variations celebrate the artisanal nature of our pieces.

    Return Conditions

    • Garment must be in original, unworn condition
    • All original tags and packaging must be intact
    • No signs of wear, washing, or alteration
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase

    Return Process

    1. Contact our customer service team at support@chikankarimansion.com with your order number and reason for return
    2. Receive return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label
    3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
    4. Ship the item to the address provided
    5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

    Refund Details

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

    Non-Returnable Items
